How we’ll handle your data (please read)
  • Why we collect it. We use the details and documents you submit solely to assess your suitability for current and future roles at Rocketeer Orbit and to contact you about opportunities.
  • Rolling consideration. Recruitment here is ongoing. With your consent we keep your application on file so you can be considered for roles as they open — not just the one you selected.
  • Automated & AI-assisted review. Your application, including your CV and cover letter, may be processed using artificial intelligence and automated tools to help us screen, summarise, shortlist and match candidates. A human is always involved in final hiring decisions, and you can ask us to review any automated outcome.
  • Where it’s stored. Your files are stored securely in our company drive with restricted access for the hiring team. They are not published publicly.
  • How long we keep it. We retain your application for up to 24 months for rolling consideration unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Your rights. You can withdraw consent, request access, or ask us to erase your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
